Peyton at 7 months

Last week, Peyton turned 7 Months. Crazy to think that we are only 5 months away from her 1st birthday. So much has changed from 6 months to 7 months. We haven't actually gone to her 6 month checkup yet, due to the move. Thankfully, we already have a great pediatrician here in Katy.

At 7 months:

* Takes two naps a day. One in morning for about an hour and a half and a 2 and half hour nap in the afternoon.
* Still sleeps through the night. Her typical bedtime is between 6 - 6:30pm and she sleeps until 8:15am.
* Wears a size 6 diaper.
* All of her clothes are 24 month or 2T. She has a really long torso and lots of rolls in the legs.
* At 6 months, she was 20lbs, but I'm pretty sure she weighs more.
* Taylor & Peyton share a room at the new house and it seems to be going really well.
* She gets stranger anxiety. Anytime someone looks at her that she isn't familiar with, she cries. This Sunday was the first time she didn't cry when we dropped her off at Sunday School.
* Anytime Mason or Taylor comes into view, she smiles really big and squeals with excitement.
* Can say Mama, Dada, Baba (bottle), and BubBub(for Mason) all in the correct context.
* Eats really well. In fact, she grunts when I don't feed her fast enough.
* Her first two teeth arrived last week. Her first tooth appeared on her 7 month birthday and the second arrived a few days later. Both are on the bottom. Both Mason & Taylor didn't get their first tooth until 10 months.
* Still can't sit up on her own. We work on this daily, but she just leans forward and then falls to her belly. It's hard balancing all those rolls:) Edit: Right after I posted this, Peyton woke up from her nap and she played on the floor and sat sitting up unassisted the entire time.
* Loves to play in her exersaucer.

Wow! She's so cute! But what's wrong with her little arm?

She has hemangioma. She was born with it and by the age 9 it should completely dissappear.
